2018 US Trail Running Conference adds Race Directors HQ as sponsor

Tools and reports provided by Race Directors HQ add value for attending race directors.

The US Trail Running Conference has reached a sponsorship agreement with Race Directors HQ, the online race director resource platform, for the 6th annual event to be held on August 29-31, 2018, in San Luis Obispo, California. The Conference is presented by the City of San Luis Obispo and Race Roster. Race Directors HQ joins Ragnar Events, Trail Runner Magazine, and Leslie Jordan Apparel, in sponsoring the Conference which is held in partnership with the American Trail Running Association and Race SLO.

As part of the agreement, Race Directors HQ will be providing race directors participating in the Conference with a range of personalized race insights, reports and tools in the run-up to the 2018 event, as well as linking the Conference with the Race Directors HQ race director community, the world’s largest active group of race management professionals.

“It’s super exciting getting involved with the US Trail Running Conference, both an event and a sport we believe in very strongly,” said RaceDirectorsHQ.com Editor, Panos Gonos. “Trail racing is really coming into its own globally and we want to be at the very heart of supporting efforts such as the US Trail Running Conference that help bring new ideas and a sense of mission to the sport.”

US Trail Running Conference Event Director, Terry Chiplin, added, “I am excited to bring Race Directors HQ on board as a sponsor, and believe the insights, tools and reports they will provide for the participating race directors in this year’s Conference will add tremendous value. I look forward to growing this year’s event as a result of this partnership.”

To celebrate this new partnership, Race Directors HQ and the US Trail Running Conference are offering race directors an additional discount to the early bird pricing on Conference registration.
