The 13th annual US Trail Running Conference takes place at the University of Tennessee Conference Center, 600 Henley Street, Knoxville, TN 37902. Located near the UT campus in the heart of downtown Knoxville, the UT Conference Center is an ideal venue for the Conference. The Conference Center is staffed with expert meeting services professionals, a gourmet chef and experienced catering staff, as well as audio visual/technical support personnel dedicated to the success of our event.

The UT Conference Center is located in the heart of downtown Knoxville. There are 10 national brand hotels within walking distance of the facility and over 90 restaurants within one square mile.

The Ballroom has 4,300 square feet of flexible space and can accommodate over 200 attendees in theater style seating, with exhibitor tables placed around the edge of the room.

It is located less than 3 miles from the base of Knoxville’s Urban wilderness trail system (see details below).

The layout of the Conference room at the UT Conference Center will enable the Conference to continue to provide an intimate, engaging atmosphere that promotes discussion from participants, sponsors and exhibitors alike.

Note that we will have the room setup for the Conference in a theater style seating arrangement. This will provide a foundation for most of our sessions, as well as allow breakout groups when required.

The atrium shown in the picture to the left is an ideal alternative networking location that is adjacent to the ballroom. The Conference center also has private booths where you can make a phone or video call without being disturbed by Conference activities.

We are excited to bring the US Trail Running Conference to Knoxville, and look forward to working with our partners Visit Knoxville Sports Commission, and other contributing community departments.

The hotel options for Conference attendees can be found at this link when available.
