Support from Brooks Running Offers RD’s a Chance to Win $8000 in Total Cash Prizes to Help Races Become More Sustainable

As part of this year’s US Trail Running Conference, Brooks is supporting a “Big Pitch” contest for race directors and organizers across the United States to submit events for a chance to be a Climate Champion of the Trail Running Community. Race Directors and event organizers are invited to enter and share what winning this prize could do for their race or races to help the climate, their sustainability practices, and the planet.

The top three finalists selected by the US Trail Running Conference judging panel, will win $5000 cash prize for first place, $2000 cash prize for second place, and $1000 cash prize for third place. Race Directors and event organizers can see details and the contest entry form at this link.

Entries will close on September 12, 2022, and will be reviewed by the US Trail Running Conference judging panel. The three winning entries will be announced by September 16, 2022, and will be invited to attend a live “Big Pitch” session at the US Trail Running Conference on Friday, October 21, 2022. The winning order of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be announced live at the end of the session.
