The US Trail Running Conference has announced that haku Sports, the event management and online registration software specialist, are the new Presenting Sponsor for the Trail Race Director days during the 2016 event.
haku Sports powers successful events and has built the leading technology in the event management industry. Hundreds of thousands of participants have successfully registered to events, and millions of dollars have been securely transacted through their system. Race Directors have benefited from the CRM, marketing, and e-commerce solutions included with the platform to increase registrations and grow their revenue.
The fourth annual US Trail Running Conference is held in partnership with the American Trail Running Association (ATRA), September 28 to October 1, 2016, at the historic Stanley Hotel, Estes Park, CO. Sessions for Trail Race Directors take place the after-noon of Wednesday September 28, and two full days on Thursday September 29, and Friday September 30. Race directors will enjoy interactive speaker panel sessions with a panel of top expert trail race directors representing a broad range of race distances and types, two networking evenings, and a varied expo covering providers of services and products that are critical for directing successful and sustainable trail races. There are options to register for the entire Conference, including the trail runner day, or pick one or two days. The focus for trail race directors is to enable successful, financially viable, and sustainable trail races for athletes of all abilities.
Gerardo Soto, VP of Sales and Marketing for haku Sports, is delighted with the opportunity and adds: “We had an amazing experience at the US Trail Running Conference in 2015, and this year we’re expanding our commitment to the trail running community by partnering with Terry and ATRA to help advance the sport. We look forward to an incredibly successful conference in September, and the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with Race Directors from around the world.”
Terry Chiplin, Event Director, and owner of Active at Altitude, comments: “We are delighted that the experience haku enjoyed at the 2015 Conference led them to approve the chance to be Presenting Sponsor for the 2016 Trail Race Director days. We look forward to working with haku, and the other sponsors involved, to creating an even bigger and better Conference that grows on the dynamic foundation that the first three years provided.”
